Most other HVLP guns are simply high pressure guns converted to low pressure use. AccuSpray Guns are molded for laminar air flow. Large sweeping air passages deliver all the pressure required for effective atomization and quality finishes. Converted high pressure Guns have drilled air passages with many restrictions and tight air passages. These sharp turns cause air turbulence and kill performance by limiting atomization. In an AccuSpray Gun, air both enters and leaves at the same pressure:10 PSI or less. This virtually eliminates the exploding and blasting effects which create over spray. |
