Tribo Charging Spray:

Tribo charging theory:
Tribo charging spray is through high speed powder passing Charging tube, by frictional contact between powder and material of gun body, powder particle press tube wall and get positive charging by giving electrons to the tube wall. The Tribo Charging Powder spray equipment consisting of; hopper, powder pump, control unit, tribo gun. As the Charging source is from powder friction, no HV generator to forced powder electrification is necessary, no electrode, no strong electrostatic field between spray and workpiece, each charged powder particle have their own weak electrostatic field with workpiece.

6 Multi-layer No backionisation, as in heavy corrosion requirement, could do multi-layer spray without pin-hole, crater.
7 Shop space Weak electrostatic field, the art of powder speed control, give flat panel could be coated by piling in the conveyor direction, tremendous many times of production volume increased at same shop space.
8  Versatile usage

Auto gun combine with each different sprayhead for multi-purpose coating job.
9 Powder output

Tribo charging gun output is less than corona charging gun. Because transfer efficiency high give same productivity, but relaxed recovery system, energy saving and maintenance less.
10 Transfer efficiency

For certain cases, tribo gun T.E. could higher than 80%, powder recycle can be neglected.
