AGB50 New pearl gun features
Environmentally Friendly
Compared with conventional spray guns, this gun atomizes paint at low pressure (0.2 MPa), achieving high transfer efficiency and improving the environment inside the spray booth.
Reduced Defects
The newly designed nozzle and anti-caking paint path greatly minimize particle defects in thin-film coating.
Easy to Use
The discharge rate can be easily adjusted within the micro-flow range of 20–60 mL/min for stable output and excellent coating quality.
Clean Operation
The nozzle stays largely free of fouling, maintaining a uniform and stable spray pattern.
Interchangeable Mounting Design
It uses the same gun bracket as the AGB40 Pearl Gun. When upgrading to the AGB50, the gun bracket and mounting positions remain unchanged.
