The IPS‑Series is an internal high‑voltage control system dedicated to electrostatic spraying. It consists of three units: the display‑control box, high‑voltage power unit and the voltage‑multiplier module mounted on the spray gun.
Display‑control box or HMI: Displays high‑voltage value and electrostatic current, and adjusts high‑voltage output.
High‑voltage power unit: Power drive host, supplies high‑frequency low‑voltage power and implements safety‑protection functions.
Voltage‑multiplier module on spray gun: Final‑stage booster, which raises high‑frequency low‑voltage power to electrostatic high‑voltage of ‑60~‑75 KV.
