XR5-400m Vibratory feed manual powder spray gun
The XR5-400m vibratory trolley-type manual powder gun is suitable for a wide range of powder coatings, including polyester, epoxy, and acrylic powders. The standard configuration features a pneumatic vibrating table designed to accommodate the original powder manufacturer’s carton packaging (15 kg per box).
Working Principle:
Through the pneumatic vibrating table, the powder is loosened. A small aeration device surrounding the suction tube further fluidizes the powder, ensuring that the powder pump efficiently and steadily conveys the powder through the hose to the spray gun. This provides a continuous and uniform powder supply for subsequent coating operations.

Quick cleaning and maintenance
The system features a quick-cleaning function with simple operation, significantly reducing daily maintenance difficulty. Its powerful high-voltage unit works in coordination with the high-voltage control system, not only improving environmental performance but also delivering excellent penetration capability. It is suitable for coating large workpieces with diameters up to 0.5 m, while also handling narrow and complex areas with ease. - Press the back spray key to enter the back spray mode, andadjustments to various parameters can also be made through adjustment keys.
