Introduction
XR5-300m Fluidizing hopper type manual powder spray gun
The XR5-300m fluidizing hopper type manual powder spray gun is suitable for a wide range of powder coatings, including polyester, epoxy, and acrylic powders. The standard fluidized tank is equipped with a 50 kg powder container, capable of loading two full bags of fresh powder (40 kg in total).
Working Principle:
At the bottom of the powder hopper, a porous plastic fluidizing plate is installed. Compressed air passes through the fluidizing plate, loosening and aerating the powder. The aerated powder cloud is then drawn up through the suction tube and stably conveyed via the hose to the spray gun, ensuring a continuous and uniform powder supply for subsequent coating operations.

The XR5-300m is equipped with the GCU controller, which adopts a one-touch switching technology between constant power and constant current modes. It automatically adjusts electrostatic charges according to powder flow conditions and the distance from the workpiece, achieving precise optimization of powder transfer efficiency and surface quality. Quick cleaning and maintenance
The system features a quick-cleaning function with simple operation, significantly reducing daily maintenance difficulty. It is suitable for coating large workpieces with diameters up to 0.5 m, while also handling narrow and complex areas with ease.
