The XR-5aq is equipped with the GCU controller, which adopts a one-touch switching technology between constant power and constant current modes. It automatically adjusts electrostatic charges according to powder flow conditions and the distance from the workpiece, achieving precise optimization of powder transfer efficiency and surface quality. This further enhances coating consistency and overall coating performance.
Quick cleaning and maintenance
The system features a quick-cleaning function with simple operation, significantly reducing daily maintenance difficulty. Its powerful high-voltage unit works in coordination with the high-voltage control system, not only improving environmental performance but also delivering excellent penetration capability. It is suitable for coating large workpieces with diameters up to 0.5 m, while also handling narrow and complex areas with ease. By reducing operating costs, it effectively increases powder utilization and shortens coating time.
